Our priorities for a new home - location, size, and type - fluctuated greatly over the years as we dealt with life and its many challenges. Through it all Eileen was patient, caring, and understanding. We couldn't have asked for a better person to have with us as we navigated the emotional and logistical issues associated with moving out of a home in which we'd been for more than twenty years. Our plan was to use Eileen to both sell our home and buy a new home. However, in the end, we could only use her services to sell our home as a job change resulted in a move out of state. When the job offer was accepted, selling our home moved into high gear. Eileen was there every step of the way. As always, she was patient, calm and focused. She represented us and our interests exceptionally well. She facilitated open houses that provided opportunities for potential buyers to view our home with minimal upheaval and inconvenience to our family. When the offers came she advised us with regard to the process and ultimately helped us secure a price that was agreeable to all. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.
